Malusi Mbokazi

Malusi Mbokazi has been a professional gospel singer since 2001. He first gained public recognition as the lead singer of the acclaimed group Abanqobi. The group won numerous awards, including Best Acapella Group three times in a row at the SABC Crown Gospel Music Awards.

In 2015, Malusi embarked on a solo career with his debut album, “Ngisize Nkosi,” a live recording that established him as a solo gospel artist. The album won the Best Male Artist award at the 2015 Umlazi Awards and two nominations at the 2015 SABC Crown Gospel Music Awards and the 2016 Metro FM Music Awards.
