MarcAlex were a South African musical duo of twin brothers Marc and Alex Rantseli from Soweto. The group’s breakthrough and most popular hit record “Quick Quick”, released in 1989 went to number 1 on the SA music charts in June that year.

Known for their early Afro-pop sound, dapper style, and fresh haircuts, MarcAlex embodied the spirit of South Africa in the 1980s.
