Thabiso “Thasman/Thaso” Tsotetsi is a music composer, producer, DJ, and founder of record label Impact Sounds. In 2000, Thaso joined Ghetto Ruff in Johannesburg, where he produced the soundtracks for the TV series Gaz’lam and Zola’s album “Bhambatha.” He has collaborated with groups such as Motswako and Morafe, and in 2005, he produced Morafe’s album “Maru A Pula” and two albums for Tuks. Thaso also contributed to the music for the Academy Award-winning film Tsotsi.
